By my own free will and in my own interest, I provide consent to the processing of my personal data, both with and without the use of automated means, for the purpose of entering into contracts and their subsequent execution, making decisions or performing other actions that entail legal consequences for the Applicant or other persons, including the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer, including transfer to third parties, including legal entities acting on the basis of agency agreements or other agreements, as well as depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of the following personal data.

The Applicant also provides consent to the transfer of their personal data to local self-government bodies, state authorities and organizations to ensure compliance with laws and other regulatory legal acts.

The Applicant provides consent to receive informational materials about the company's activities, information related to the performance of contracts via any communication channels, including: SMS notifications, postal mail, telegram, voice messages, email. For these informational mailings, the Applicant allows the use of any contact information provided by them. The above consent to the processing of personal data is provided in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", according to which the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of federal law or for the performance of a contract to which the Applicant is a party may be carried out without additional consent of the Applicant.

This Consent comes into force from the date of its signing and is valid until the day the Consent is withdrawn in writing. The Consent may be withdrawn by the Personal Data Subject at any time on the basis of their written application.

The Applicant hereby guarantees and confirms:

• The completeness and accuracy of the information provided in the Consent and other documents, as well as confirms the right to request from authorized government bodies and the legal entities and individuals mentioned in the submitted documents, documents and/or information clarifying the provided data.

• Providing consent for copying (scanning) and verification of the submitted documents.

• That the text of this Consent is clear to the Applicant, and the Applicant is aware of the consequences of their actions in the business language.
